Kids Parties R Us is a Cape Town event setup and party hire business. Despite the name, we set up birthdays for any age, baby showers, matric farewells, school events and corporate functions, as well as children's parties.
Tell us about your occasion, theme, colours and number of guests, and we'll put together a setup and quote around what you need. If you've already got the décor sorted, you can hire tables, chairs, jumping castles and tableware on their own.

Do you only do kids parties?
No. Despite our name, we also set up adult birthdays, baby showers, gender reveals, matric farewells, school events and corporate events. Setups can be styled around custom themes and colours for almost any occasion.
Can I hire items without booking a setup?
Yes. Tables, chairs, jumping castles, décor pieces, tableware and other rental items can all be hired individually. See the rentals section above for current prices.
How much does an event setup cost?
Setups are personalised, so the price depends on your occasion, theme, guest numbers and what you'd like included. Send us your details on WhatsApp and we'll put together a quote. Balloon backdrop setups start from R1,000.
What's included in the Kids Packages?
Each Kids Package includes a jumping castle, tables and chairs with covers, and candyfloss and popcorn sets. Packages are R1,000 for 10 kids, R1,250 for 15 kids and R1,500 for 20 kids.
Is delivery included?
Kids Packages get free delivery in Goodwood, Parow, Monte Vista, Thornton, Kensington and Elsies River. Other areas are subject to a delivery fee.
Free delivery applies to Kids Packages only. Individual rentals and other services have a delivery charge, including in the areas above.

We serve Cape Town and surrounding areas. Let us know where your event is and we'll confirm delivery for your area.
Can you create a custom theme?
Yes. Tell us your theme, colours and style, and we'll plan the setup around them, whether it's a children's character theme, an elegant adult birthday or a corporate colour scheme.
